This is an incredible achievement by a young girl who has been very determined and worked very hard to deserve it. Shany set her mind to achieving an All-Time Ranking two years ago and now not only did she make the list of top 20 women, but she entered the list for the first time at the No. 3 position.

Bill Crawford the founder of Metal Militia New York Chapter also well known wold wide as the best bench press shirt technician and coach came out of a four year retirement to achieve No. 9 ranking in the World in the Men's Bench Press rankings in the 308 lb weight class. He achieved this with his 881.8 lb / 400 kg bench press at the METAL MILITIA MONTREAL BENCH WARS on June 26, 2010 at Montreal Barbell. Mat weighed in at 150 kgs and squatted 3.47 times his body weight. With this squat Mat also achieved the highest squat ever in Canada.
